At The Brand Barrel, every product is individually handcrafted using natural teak wood and carefully prepared for international delivery. Please review our shipping policy below to understand processing and delivery timelines for USA orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Estimated Delivery Time (USA Orders)

  • Standard International Shipping:
    10–15 working days from the date of dispatch.

This timeline includes:

  • Handcraft finishing & quality checks

  • International transit

  • Customs clearance

  • Final-mile delivery

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.


3. Shipping Charges & Duties

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Import duties, customs taxes, or local charges (if levied) are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

  • The Brand Barrel is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

  • Tracking visibility may vary during international transit stages.


5. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner issues

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

Such delays are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.


6. Failed or Returned Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the order may be returned or abandoned by the courier.

  • In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photo/video proof including packaging

Eligible cases will receive:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit, as per our Return & Refund Policy


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
