At The Brand Barrel, each product is individually handcrafted using natural teak wood. Due to the artisanal nature of our products and international fulfillment, we follow a Sales Are Final policy for all USA orders.
Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Sales Are Final (No Returns / No Refunds)
All products sold on The Brand Barrel USA website are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Because our items are:

Handcrafted in small batches

Made from natural teak wood (grain and tone variations are natural)

Shipped internationally
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Store Credit
While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do provide replacements or store credit in the following cases:

Product received is damaged during transit

Product received is defective

Incorrect item received (wrong product)
Conditions:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photo and/or video proof is required

Packaging must be shown in the evidence
Once verified, we will offer:

3. Natural Wood Disclaimer (Important)
Teak wood is a natural material.
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement or credit:

Minor color variations

Natural wood grains or patterns

Slight texture differences
-
Handcrafted finish variations
These characteristics are part of the product’s natural and artisanal appeal.
4. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier operations are not eligible for refunds

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer is not our responsibility

Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability are non-refundable
